Bishop Street Studios Capital Campaign

The Bishop Street Studios project will cover full renovation of the original 1931 Sunny Acres building along with the addition of three new structures.
Project costs are anticipated to be $8 million.
TMHA has partnered with the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo, and will finance the project through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, affordable housing funds, grants, and private donations. The Bishop Street Studios Capital Campaign is a critical component of this funding.
TMHA’s goal is to raise $1.5 million through 2017.
By financing the majority of the Bishop Street Studios project through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, TMHA and HASLO offer our donors a unique opportunity.
Every dollar you donate will be matched by four dollars in additional funding.
